can we request high commn to send any info by email

high commn were not send any info on my email id what should i do to activate my email id becoz da mail system is too long first dey mail to my rep in canada it is nr abut 20days & den he send it to me in india plz reply

Send them an email to ask about your status and if their repond to you, you will see this: "Disclaimer: By supplying your email address, you are initiating an email communication with CIC and thereby authorizing CIC to use your email address for communication with you including the transmission of personal information on your file/case." All your communications with then be through your email, however, your medicals (section A) will be trough your mail.
