Hi I am also in the same situation. Right after I submitted my graduate thesis, I went to USA for a short term research work. I applied for PGWP USA after doing my final thesis submission. Due to COVID-19 situation, I was unable to come back to Canada. I am still in USA. Now, my wife came to USA from India. I want apply for SOWP for her. I don't have a valid job offer from Canada so far. My question is: Can I apply for SOWP with my just approved PGWP visa in USA? I have been watching Canadian visas in USA, so far no rejections.
