Can we apply for PR under express entry if we have B.A. and M.A. with PGDCA

I hope everything is going well.

I am from India.

I want to know that if a person have following skill set can he/she eligible for express entry of Canada :

1. B.A.
2. M.A.
3. PGDCA - post graduation diploma in computer applications : duration one year
4. 1 year experience as associate software developer - salary less than 15000 Rs.

Please any one who have knowledge about that please reply and help . Thank you !!
