I have already applied under EE for Canada but my CRS score is only 371 so I do not have hope from EE process. I can improve IELTS but still I will be able to score maximum of 408 crs score. I am planning to apply for a student visa for my wife and can reach at 443 after one year experience and can achieve ITA.


Please confirm if dependent can apply for PR after reaching Canada because 1 year experience will give me 35 extra points under same NOC.


Second option is I can do PGDCA from PTU Punjab with distance education please confirm if this can qualify me for two or more credentials with one atleast 3+ years.
