No worries, my friend got a visa with TOEFL. He applied through VFS Bangalore. Go ahead and stop worrying, no explanation needed for giving a TOEFL score!
Hey I got accepted to Ryerson ...and they waived my toefl scores as my previous education was in English.
So do I need to explain this to the visa officers. ...and also I took toefl exam and got only 73. ...
If I submit this score. ...will they rejecty application?
Did your toefl score meet the minimum required by your university? If it did then you can include it.
I got admitted to Saskatchewan and got toefl score of 95 above schools required of 80. I submitted toefl.

ya i asked them about the waiver letter but they said i don't need that .....coz providing English proficiency certificate instead of test scores is also one of their requirement.
So they wont give that letter.

if you have an English language certificate, then you have nothing to worry about, just include it to your documents and indicate it in your SOP.. you will be fine
