Hi does anyone knew like if i once gets refused for study permit and SOWP

Refused for both above so

Will i be eligible to apply for visitor visa ?

Can it lead to banned?

So as you know my spouse earlier has study and work permit refused and these wont affect if he applied TRV in future

You mean he can apply for visitor visa also and if he is complying with rules and eligibility he will be approved and if not complying with eligibility he will be refused ?

But my concern is

is he eligible to apply for Visitor visa as earlier he has applied for study permit and work permit and got both refused so will this allow him to apply visitor visa or he can only apply for SOWP?


Now I am talking about only just TRV multiple entry visitor visa and not any other permit
