I have been accepted for May intake in March and after getting approved for my Study permit i submitted my Spouse application with all the documents including my May Intake Offer letter.
and his SOWP application is under process only
Now my point is if i defer my program to september 2020 Intake then i will be getting new LOA so will this going to interfere with my SPOUSE Visa Application and can lead to banned?
do i need to submit my New LOA for september intake ? if yes then how can i upload on CIC while his application is under processing.
