Can super visa be applied if the visitor is already in Canada with a valid TRV

Hi All

I am trying to apply supervisa for my mother-in-law who is already in Canada with a valid TRV and wish to apply for Super visa?

Are there any specific requirements in this case or just use the application package meant for Super visa

Any previous experiences please share

Yes, I can't seem to find the thread but one person got supervisa within Canada - it was a totally different app and it was processed in CPP-Ottawa - you can do that or simply ask for a 2 year ext too ( many do that as well ) - all this would require you to satisfy financial part of Supervisa, they would defn ask for meds and might ask proof of med insurance if asking ext ( its mandatory for Supervisa )
