I got married on Feb 2015, my wife has been living with me in Canada ever since. She is on visitor visa currently, she has already applied for PR as well.
I am just wondering if I can claim her as dependent in my tax filling for 2015? She has zero income for the year.

Yes you can. She does not need to do her own taxes, but will just be listed as spouse on yours. If you haven't already done so, you should update your status with CRA from 'single' to 'married', effective Feb 2015.
If you do your taxes online, you can try to enter 000 000 000 for her SIN as that is a universal way of indicating she has no SIN. If the program won't accept that, then you need to print out and mail your taxes in, so can hand write "No SIN" or something in that section.
Expect that CRA will also send you a request for more information about your wife, such as her world income earned in previous years.
im a dependent of my husband (common law). since i arrived in canada i am not giving a chance to work but i have SIN number and my permit already expired dec 17. My question are if my SIN still valid? And if we can use that to file tax
