I apply for visa to visit my husband on
Feb 02.
I request Mp who help to see why is taking so long .
These is the reply:

I hope you're doing well. In response to your inquiry, we have reached out to IRCC to check on the status of the TRV application. Here's the update:



- The application was received on February 2, 2024, and it is currently being processed at the Beirut office.

- The eligibility and criminality assessments have been completed.

- The security assessment is still in progress. As there is a third party involved in the security assessment, they don't have a clear timeline for its completion.

It means Canada is waiting on information from another country to complete the security assessment.
