Can someone enter canada on TRV while sowp is still in process?

Basically, my wife had her Temporary resident visa approved and stamped on passport when she was in canada months ago. She has left the country for vacation and we just applied her spousal open work permit outland recently. Can she return back and enter Canada with her trv and while her sowp still in process?

Nobody can guarantee what will happen if she tries to enter Canada.

Hi, had she travelled, if yes was there any difficulties at port of entry

hello, yes she was able to get in around christmas time and was asked basic questions like reason for visit and documents like passport/ trv. Luckily, they didnt ask for return tickets and sowp but if asked it is better to just have a ticket and be truthful about any applications being in process.
