I have been working in Canada for one year under a working permit and temporary resident visa. I am qualified to apply for PR under CEC (NOC skill type A).

My wife also has a working permit and temporary resident visa in Canada, but she is unemployed so far. That is, she has zero working experience in Canada.

Question: can we apply together for PR under CEC, with me being the primary applicant? Thanks. :)

It is going to be a very long process for you and the forum if you are not going to read this first, it should answer 99% of your questions: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

Please read the CEC application details in CIC website. Your question was answered well adequately in the application guide. Also, please search in the forum before you post. :-[
