Hi!
I am 21 years old and now I'm study in my country Macedonia. In Toronto I have 2 uncles. They are in Toronto for over 30 years. My father was in Toronto two times as a visitor. My father and the both uncles are brothers. The one uncle is alone and the other have woman and one child. He is retired. I want to immigrate to Canada if my uncle will sponsor me. If he cannot sponsored me please tell me how to go to Toronto. Like visitor or there is something better option?
If you want to visit Canada for a short period of time as a tourist, then you will have to apply for a tourist visa: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/apply-how.asp
If you want to move to Canada and live here permanently, they you should read through Canada's various immigration programs to see what you must do to qualify to apply: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp
Another option could be coming to Canada on a study permit to continue your studies here. However this is a very expensive option since foreign students pay much higher tuition fees than domestic students. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study.asp
