CIC counts by the month, not the exact day so when you apply for PR you would put in September 2011 to July 2012 for Job 1 and July 2012 to April 2015 for Job 2.
So it will count as 3 years, 7 months. The few days off in July 2012 don't matter.

But I read somewhere that experience less than one year will not be considered. My first job experience is less than a year. Can you pls explain?

The requirement if for at least one year experience in a single NOC code. It's not really about working for a single company, it's about the actual duties you completed. Since you have worked in the same NOC for more than 3 years, it will be fine.
