Can my dependent work permit valid if i leave Canada early

I am in closed work permit on intra company transfer.
And my spouse is on open dependent work permit valid for next 2 years.
In this case if i go back to my home country, then is my spouse eligible to continue working in canada.?

Yes - your spouse can remain in Canada and continue working as long as their work permit is valid.
