Can I work in Canada after WES?

My bachelor (Computer Engineering) and master's degree (Computer Science) are from outside Canada. I'm applying to the EE program so I have to go through WES ECA. My question is, if I do get an ITA and eventually land in Canada, can I work straight away with my foreign degrees by using my WES evaluation report, or is there something else I need to do?

I agree that work experience is important, but several positions I looked at insist on at least a bachelor degree and recommend a masters.

Simple answer is Yes you can work as soon as you arrive here in Canada as a PR.
Educational degrees may only be relevant up to a certain level, but for job opportunities, organizations will be more and keenly interested in your previous work experience and how well do you do in your interview.
