Can i withdrwa my application before the Minsiter issues instruction to Visa Off

Hi All,

As in my previous blog i have discuss that my wifes profeesion is in the List of 38 applications.

As per my application i am a PRIME applicant and my profession is not on the List issued.

Can i withdraw my application before the VISA officer make any decision on my application and Put a new application with my Wife as PRIME APPLICANT.

In my application i have shown my wife's profession as House Wife,as at the time of submition of application she was on Maternity Leave of one Year.

Will this have any affect my new application where my wife will be PRIME APPLICANT.

I am Working as Computer Faculty in Secondary School, i applied Canadian Immigration on 7 Aug 2008 under NOC code 4141 (Secondary Teacher), but i also take classes of teacher, we are appointed by government to teach computer to teachers of our school,they have Bachelor and Master Degree,i assist them to make projects related to their subject, may i able to apply as Vocational Instructor 4131 NOC, coz its included in 38 categories? if yes, i have to withdraw my case or simply request high commission to change my category to 4131.?

Please help

This unit group includes instructors who teach applied arts, academic, technical and vocational subjects to students at community colleges, CEGEPs, agricultural colleges, technical and vocational institutes, language schools and other college level schools. This unit group also includes trainers who are employed by private training establishments, companies, community agencies and governments to deliver internal training or development courses. College teachers who are heads of departments are included in this group.
