This might sound weird but I found myself in a complicated situation.
I completed my studies at college and I decided to work and requested the pgwp.
I worked with a temporary permit for four months (given because I requested the pgwp) then I found funds to finish my studies and I applied to university (I am enrolled right now). Now I find myself with a study permit and a started application for the pgwp with a temporary work permit until February . I would like to withdraw the work permit since I am studying. Would it be possible? Could I still apply in the future for the pgwp?
I will know an answer about the approval in February but, until now I am not approved for the pgwp. I am still waiting for a yes or a not. Would, if I withdraw the application, be considered as I worked illegally for the time I had the temporary work permit?
