Can I use upfront medical exam (originally for Open work permit), which has not been used yet anywhere for application later, for Express Entry?

I was supposed to apply for open work permit to accompany my spouse who is applying for his study permit for this Fall semester for PhD. I did upfront medical exam for that then as worker. Meanwhile we have received ITA for Express Entry recently. Now I no longer want to apply for open work permit and just do the PR processing. Do I need to do the medical exam again?

No need. Medical is valid for 1 year, even if you used it for other application.
