Upfront Medical Exam requirement for work permit holder

Hi,

I have moved to Canada on work permit 7 months ago, now i am applying for my PR and they require upfront medical exam. i already did medical exam for my work permit in last november. Can i use that medical exam or i need to get a new medical exam in Canada?

Medicals are valid for a year, so you need a new one.

right but my medical is still valid for 1 month. should i use that and submit the application or i should apply for new one?

Have you already received an ITA? You can apply with that one but because it is so close to expiry, IRCC will likely request another one, which could delay your app.

Yes i have got ITA. i believe i should get new one then
