CAN I USE THE SAME GCKEY ACCOUNT?

I recently got a sowp rejection (outside Canada/ India). I am looking forward to apply for vistor visa.
Can I use the same GCKEY login or should I create a new account on IRCC.

Good afternoon. Pls I am currently applying for a Spouse Open Work Permit and Study Permit for my two kids of 7 yrs and 4 yrs. This is to enable us join my spouse who is currently undergoing her master's programme at the University of Saskatchewan. I saw in my account that I am supposed to fill form 5257 (Schedule 1, Application for Temporary Residence) for my kids. But when I open the form, it is stated that it will be filled by dependents 18 yrs and above. This got me confused. Please, I need to know if I am supposed to fill it.
