Hi,

My question to you is that as I have a job offer from a Nova Scotia employer under the AIPP program. It's been one year and I haven't received the endorsement letter yet because of the pandemic covid and its impact on the current market. so can I use the same Job offer for Express Entry or any other program to get ITA???
