Hi Guys,
Can I travel outside Canada while my
post graduate work permit on process. My TRV and Study permit expires on Dec 2011. Will I have any problem entering Canada once I left after my PGWP in process?
One more question:
Can I apply PGWP from my home country sending directly required documents to Canada?
Thanks a lot!
Cheers

Yes, you can travel outside canada, provided that you come back before the expiry of your TRV.
Yes, you can also apply for Post Graduate Workpermit while outside Canada (as you have to submit the application online).
Hi indusvision
Thank you for your information. But one more issue, once I completed my study and go back to my home country. Will I be allowed to enter Canada? While there is no reason to state why I am back since I have completed my study. Although, I have valid study permit and TRV.
Has anyone experience this issue before? Will there be any problem entering Canada without a valid reason (after graduation date)?
Regards

studnet from USA
hi I'm a student in USA from last 2 years I would like transfer to canadian college, can anyone help me out?
I am in the similar situation now, so that I've talked with an immigration lawyer and his answer was it is not possible to apply for PGWP outside the country, plus PGWP holders cannot stay outside Canada for an extended period (which was over 1 month)...
