I am applying for my wife's TRV (her spousal PR application in process) and she stays in India.
So can I submit her online application for TRV (I am in Canada) The reason is she does not have reliable internet connectivity.

The reason I am asking is while submitting online TRV application the process asks to sign it electronically at the end.
