Can I apply on behalf of parent without representative form?

I am a Permanent Resident of Canada and wish to apply for TRV on my mother's behalf (who's in India). Can I create an online account and submit the application acting as her from Canada itself? Or is it mandatory to declare myself as her representative and fill the representative form?

Yes you can. Just fill the forms based on your mom's behalf. No need for representative form.
