I mailed in my paper application for my PGWP on Jan 4th as I had to start my FT on Jan 7th with OCWP. Back then, I thought the processing time for PGWP is shown under WP-new employer and there was not much a difference between paper and online.
Now I see that the online system is working and people in the forum are saying that the actual processing time is much closer to the OCWP one (i.e. 40-50 days online).
So now, I wonder if I can also submit my online application.
