Hi,

I am about to submit my documents to CIC, but my Indian PCC is issued on July 16th, 2013 which is more than 3 months. Is this OK or do I need to get a latest Indian PCC first and then apply.

Or Can I submit the application to CIC with the current PCC and resubmit the latest PCC once I get the new one.

If I have to wait for a new Indian PCC, my US PCC will expire?

Please suggest.

Thanks in advance.

Submit it as is. Then apply for a new one and when you get the new one, send it to CPP-O.

I suggest you include a letter with the expired Indian PCC, explaining that you have applied for a new one and will forward it to them as soon as it arrives.
