Hi
I got married in pakistan and sponsered my spouse 14 years back. I and him are divorced and legally sperated for more then a year. Now if i get married again from same country and come and sponser here what are the issues ? Will i have to involve family again is it neccasry? Will i be having any issueswhile sponsering again to different spouse? If yes, please let me know whar are the problems and issues that i would face?

You can sponsor your spouse without issue, provided you meet all of the requirements and have the necessary proofs. Not sure what you mean about involving family.
Thanks for the reply. I have been speaking to some of my friends and lawyer. That the immagration ask that the family is involved or not from either side if non of the side is involved they reject the case. Because they count as not a gineune marriage

If you are referring to your families attending the wedding, yes, IRCC asks about that. If they didn't, it is not an automatic rejection but you do need to explain it.
