can I reply for Canada visa in case of Misrepresentation after completion of 2 years ban as they mentioned in refusal letter? as per refusal letter the ban has been over in 2016jan, so do we still need to pay as per cic website stating 5 years instead of my immigration officer letter mentioned 2 years in refusal letter, yes if then how do we need to reply for prior rejection in case of wrong experience letters created by consultant.
If No,can we apply for any other county, will this impact on the same or not?

You will have to declare about your misrepresentation. You can't hide it obviously and depending on your application, there is no chance of saying it will be approved or not. This time be honest and don't make the same mistake as before.
Regardless whether having the best immigration consultant or not, it will no effect on your application whatsoever. Your application will be reviewed based your supporting documents and with the misrepresentation charge, for sure CIC will look at it closely and will take longer to process.
For NZ and Australia, they have strict rules in regards to applicants with a history of misrepresentation so your chances of applying there is almost nil. But you can certainly try if you prepare your application well.
If those countries ask if you've been refused a visa/permit to any other country (like Canada does), then you need to answer yes and give the details or your previous denial from Canada. This obviously can have a big impact if you are granted a visa there.
Well it comes down to whether you want to do it yourself or spend money to hire someone to arrange all the documents and file it for you.
We have no say whether Canada or NZ will refuse your applications but do remember to provide all details of your previous visa refusals and misrepresentation charge when being asked.
