Hi everyone

I got my PRTD on H&C grounds in April 2014 and I came back to Canada in August 2014. I learned that I could immediately renew my PR card, which obviously expired. However, I did not do so. So my question is: Am I still eligible to renew my PR card now even if I have been in Canada for only 1.5 years?

Also, if I am rejected, will I lose my PR status?

What do you think?
I really appreciate your help.
