Can I re-take for IELTS without knowing result of previous exam?

Hi to all,
I have question regarding IELTS Re-take exam.

I am going back to re-take for IELTS but unfortunately if I will not sure about my result than can I go to re-take again without knowing previous exam result. and can I use best result from that IELTS exam's.

Yes you can.

Please make sure when you re-appear for IELTS their would be an option, which says "Did you take test before" Please make sure to leave it un-touched.

Oh , means we dont have to fill it like Yes or date. Untouched means I not appeared for IELTS before. but I went on 8th may 2010 and the result is just 5bands , so I can show it right.
