Can I re-apply for Student visa after getting Two Refusals last year?
They provide the explanation of rejection as Part 12 of the Regulations.

Please give me suggestion what can i do now?
 
yes you can apply for student visa even after two rejection but make sure to address the issues raised in your previous rejections throughly and carefully
 
yes you can, but it would not be easy to get it after received 2 rejections.
