Can I pay the tuition fee after reaching University?

The assumption at this level is that you can communicate and write well in english.

If i were you,i would have scaned the documents into PDF and then send to the admissions counselor for evaluation by the relevant department of your application.

I did this and it worked very well for me.

MAY YOU GET YOUR ADMISSION LETTER AND VISA ASAP.

who can sponsor me? (First Blood Relatives)?
what sort of documentation needed?
what will be the proof of funds If I dont have Bank statement?

Anyone can sponsor you.Be it your cousin,brother,sister ,uncle,aunt or relatives.

You need a bank statementof atleast CAD 10,000 reflected for the last three months.

You must have a bank statement or else how will you show the existence of funds?

Its only shown in form of statements.
