Hi,
I have send full documents to visa office on 25 Nov 2009. My ecase status
is 'received by visa office'. It is more than 3 months I have not received any
response from visa office. Can I order Caips now ?

Yes you can, but it wont be of any help.

I fully agree with domingo's opinion.
It is too early to think about CAIPS. There is no other option at this stage other than waiting.

i have ordered caips yesterday and my ecase status is Recevie by visa office i know there will be no information but only thing i will get from caips that when my application will be reopen on visa officer disk. so i will be relax.
