Can I live in different city than mentioned in COPR (within same province)?

Hello there,

I have Toronto, Ontario as my City and Province of Destination in my COPR. I am planning to land in Canada in a month for the first time after receiving the COPR. I have found a place to live in nearby city Sarnia, ON.

Would it be fine to go to Sarnia, ON when I land and provide that address for Border officials or for other official purposes? As long as it is the same Province, does it matter if the city is different?
