COPR Destination different from Landing city

Hi All,
My COPR states Toronto as the Destination City, I was wondering if we can land in a city on the west coast instead to complete the landing formalities. Are there any issues with this, if so how might I handle it. Thanks again for all your help in answering my questions.

You can land anywhere in Canada except Quebec if you applied through FSWP.

While completing the landing formalities and apply for PR card when we land, can we give the address of the original destination city. Does it matter..?
Basically I am just trying to cross the border to get landing formalities completed before we move for good later. Just trying to economically optimize our trips.

You can give any Canadian address.
