i've applied to skilled workeres 5 years ago and i've got a file no. and it's still in process untill now. i'm currently gathering my paper to apply under the same category "skilled workeres", am i obliged to withdraw the old file before i submit the new application or it's ok to have 2 file numbers?
thanks a lot...

Yes, you can have two application in process. However, if either of the application goes into "In Process" status then you will not get the processing fees back.
i asked the same question to senior member of this forum. most of them were of the view tht an applicant can file two applications at the same time but he has to notify the CIO of earlier application through a covering letter. i hope more replies to ur post will clarify the situation further.
