Can I go for Upfront RPRF!!!!! Need Help

I am March 2014 applicant . After AOR nothing heard from CIC since 15 months.
I send them my upfront medical in May 2015.
Today my ECAS status stays same "Application Received" but it has one extra line which says "Medical result have been received"
Is it a good sign? What's Next? Can I go for Upfront RPRF

What I will suggest is to request an CSE.
If you want you can also request GCMS notes.
That will give you an insight into what exactly is happening with your file.

I did apply GCMS notes and got it last month but nothing serious in the notes . It was not touched since last year October .
Is this good sign ? I applied another GCMS last week only.

Its good that here are no issues with GCMS.
Also try to raise a Case Specific query with the concerned visa office.
Just tell them in a polite way that it has been over a year since you applied and that a response or communication from them would be appreciated.

i tried Case Specific inquiry but there is no option for In-canada permenant recidence- Temporary permit holder or Canadian Experience Class so i cant apply by that form.

There should be an email address for your VISA office.
I can you can directly email them with your UCI and Filenumber.

I normally take this route of directly emailing all the time.
