Can i get visa based on 12th predicted grades ?

I was a student of class 12th cbse but as exams have been cancelled, i dont have marksheet yet. I had applied my visa on 19 May under SDS category with predicted marksheet of 12th , 11th marksheet and 10th cbse marksheet.

My timeline-

Applied- 19 May 2021, under SDS with upfront medical
Biometrics done- 5 July 2021
BVL Received- 7 July 2021

Will i be able to get visa on predicted grades or i will have to wait until i get final marksheet ?

BVL means decision has been made on your application just hope for the best

I have not uploaded my final marksheet so i think i might get refused. I don't know, i might be thinking negatively

its too late to order gcms notes to know the details about your application and VO pre assessment, as your decision will drop within this month since you recieve BVL

But i had applied later than 15 May 2021, do you think i will get the result in this month ?
