I scored 7.5 in GT and expired on December 2010. It was taken for PR and is still in process.

Now I would like to apply for study visa and already got offer letter.

Shall I take another IELTS?
or
Shall I sumbit old score?
or
I do not have to submit IELTS for Study permit.

First of all you should not submit something that has been expired. Ielts is not a mandatory requirement of CIC but students submit it just to be on the safe side. Don't leave a single loophole for them to refuse your application. Either don't submit it at all or get a letter written from your university that u fulfill their English language requirement or take academic module that is designed for students. My two cents.

u can look for memorial university . it has lowest fees among unies in canada.


and yes PR app rejected or in process have no impact on study app.

as i had not one but 2 PR apps in process when i applied for study permit and got it.
