Can I get ON PNP with NOC B job and CRS 401 with CLB6.

My EE score is 401 under CEC and my job comes under NOC B.
Is there any chance of getting ON PNP?
my IELTS score is
S-6.5
L-6.5
R-8.5
W-5.5.

You'll need to re-take IELTS and score a minimum of 6 in each category.
