Can i decline ITA and still be in pool for next round ?

If someone has to decline ITA will he be in for next round automatically.
Whats the procedure so that one can remain for the next round even though one declines the ITA received previously ?

It happens automatically. When you decline the ITA, your profile is re-activated.

drpilot i have not got my ITA yet. Right now i am having issues getting my PCC. so was checking options for worst case scenarios where i am facing excessive delays in getting my PCC but i get ITA.

By the way Asivad, Can you advise on whats the real procedure for requesting extension of 60 days ITA limit in case of PCC delays.

not sure what you are trying to say here, but if you dont think you have everything together then its better to decline your ITA and drop back into the pool until you are confident of getting everything together

believe me, you dont want to just put in a bunch of paperwork knowing its got omissions or errors in it.
