Hi Everyone to this wonderful group ,

I am inland applicant , I have a PNP from Ontario (Masters graduate stream ) also i have enough points for expressing entry profile ,

My question

"Can i apply for Permanent residency through Paper application and Express entry at the same time " ? ( My friend told me many people are doing it and its legal )
