Can i apply new WP and TRV at the same time?

Got an approved LMIA! I will apply my new WP in 2 weeks. My TRV is expired Sept 2015 and im planning to go back home April next year. Can i apply WP and TRV at the same time?

WP should be fine...no need for TRV, in my opinion. since you had valid document to go back

Only apply for a new TRV after receiving your new wp, according to the above.

WP should be fine...no need for TRV, in my opinion. since you had valid document to go back

How do you propose s/he re-enter Canada?

You need to get WP approved first and then you can apply for TRV.....

May i ask you , How long did it take and in which occupation..if possible which NOC..?

My wp expires on Nov 6, can i apply the TRV before my status expires and provide Letter of employment from employer and positive LMIA ? As per requirement i should have the legal status upon application.
