I was removed from UK in 2006 as secetary of estate said that i am unable to afford my further studies and i was working more then 20 hours which not allowed during studies. i dont have any criminal record in any country.
after that i apply for sweden visa and now i am doing Phd here. my current passport dont have any UK visa or any kind stamp except valid Swedish residence permit, my wife also with me here in sweden on dependent visa. i am planning that me and my wife apply for canada immigration. my wife is main applicant for canada immigration. please advice me can i apply for immigration? do i write everything about my past.
When u will be filling the Schedule1 BACKGROUND/DECLARATION FORM. How are u going to answer to:
*** been refused admission to, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country. Yes/No
If I were you I will answer the question truthfully and be ready to Explain the reasons.
Bear in mind the old saying that "THE TRUTH WILL ALWAYS PREVAIL"
So Download the application Pack and go through it. Have a think about it and then decide accordingly.
Disclaimer:
This my personal opinion. I am not an Immigration Expert.
atlease you reply me. i am thinking to do same as you advice me. i am also waiting if any go through this situation then share it with me. I am really thankful
also CIC will conduct security checks with other countries and this will probably result in the deportation being disclosed, so if you were not truthful in your background declaration you could be ruled inadmissible and banned from applying again for two years
