Can I apply for visa 8 months before travel?
I have a situation, I want to apply for visa for my mother to visit me in Canada. I'm in Egypt now and I want to take her to the embassy before I travel to canada, and the plan is she should come to visit next summer after 8 or 9 months.
So my question is, Can I apply for visa 8 or 9 months before travel?
Also, Should she have a travel flight tickets while applying or can it be later?
