Can i apply for SPP after got refused under General category ???

Unfortunately i got refused in my first attempt. The VO gave me a reason " Other " which is our proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities. or your future prospects and plans.
what does it mean i am so weak in all factors ??? and my second question is how can i order CAIPS note or my brother from canada ???and can i apply for SPP???
any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

SPP is once in a lifetime....bro.... once rejected u cant apply in spp.....

No you are not weak in all those factors. It says one OR more. Post your complete profile here. Qualifications, +2 stream, IELTS score in each module, course you applied for, any gaps, work experience etc. Then members here will be able to advise you. CAIPS don't cost a lot... Google it for more information. You can't apply under SPP if you have been refused for a study permit before.... in any category.

Qualifications, +2 stream, IELTS score in each module, course you applied for, any gaps, work experience etc. Then members here will be able to advise you. CAIPS don't cost a lot... Mine was rejected due to same reason. I have less marks in 12th ...if we apply again under general category , then are there chances of approval ?because now v cant change 12th marks.

yeah u can re-apply but first get the caip notes for specific reason of refusal and clear those reasons in your file and apply again in next intake, u can to convince visa officer with good sop or specific docs, why u scored less in 12th.
