Can I apply for PR through AINP and Canadian Experience Class at the same time?

Hi all,
I had submitted my application for PR under CEC around 4 months ago ,got my file number already , but not sure sure if i met the minimum hours requirement for each pay check , although i completed 1 years experience , so im wandering if its ok to apply under AINP (awec) as well just as a back up plan ?, will my cec application get canceled during this process? or they will they process both .?

Yes, you can. You can have two PR applications at the same time, but only one can be finalized.
What that means is, that whenever one application gets approved, you will have to withdraw the other one.

Hi there, what if one gets rejected, say CEC, will that affect the decision of the AINP? I have CEC in process and received nomination too, I want to apply to AINP as well.
