Hi,
i am applying under Canadian Class Experience next week. But the thing is as i had started my job last december i have only 1 month of T4. and this year T4 i will be getting in Jan. I don't want to apply under Express Entry. Secondly i only have PCC of Canada and my backhome PCC is still under process. i not sure whether i can get my pcc before 31st dec.

So can anyone please guide me that i can still apply under CEC. I have all other documents ready with me.

Thanks.

You can send T4 when you get it just make a note of it and supply them with your paystubs showing your income.

If the police certificate is second question, I would try with making a note of that too.

Anyone else?

you can sent now, with a explanation cover letter for each of them why you can't send other doc , and when you will send them ,

both of them are not like IELTs result which can't be later sent.

You need 52 weeks with not less than 30 hours per week full time working experience!
Pay attention to the following:
If you have worked one week less than 30 hours then the whole week does not count towards the 52 weeks.

If one paper is missing like the police certificate then in case you send the application without this paper, the application will be returned back.
Consequently, you will then apply under the Express Entry.

which doc show police certificate is mandatory in submission ?

please double check the CEC checklist in the police certification and clearance part, it clear say, you can send your application without it .

You are right but they recommend that.

So
1.
Send all your pay stabs instead of T4. CIC knows you have no T4 or NOA as 2014 hasn't finish yet. Don'e send T4 or NOA after you submit your application. Wait until they ask for.

2. PCC is required when submitting application but you can send your package without. . You can try to attach a cover letter explaining your situation. I have heard some people did that. In check list you can find that:
If you cannot send PCC with your package you can submit application without, but it has to be ready to submit when requested by officer.

Don't send any additional papers after submitting your package. Wait until it is requested by VO. It is recommended by CIC.

I think it is best to include all, but now we are race with time and chance. so send it now with proper explanation letter is a proper way.

yixiaop26 is right. As per checklist, you can send PCC later. I did the same, applied in march but sent pcc from my home country only in mid august. I also attached a cover letter abt my PCC and T4/NOA. Now I got my PPR, so you are good to go as long you dont miss the other mandatory docs in the checklist.

If your paystubs show cumulative (year-to-date) information, you can include a couple of the most recent paystubs. CIC knows when T4s are issued, it's not a problem.

Secondly i only have PCC of Canada
Not required.

PCCs are one of the few documents you can submit later.

You cannot include couple of pay stabs!!!!!!

You have to submit all (52 if biweekly) pay stabs for a period of work experience!!!!! Check Document Check List!!!!

Really? I invite you to read it yourself. No where does it say to submit 52 paystubs (which, if biweekly, would be 2 years' worth. Personally, I only get 12 paystubs a year).

Pay stubs are NOT MANDATORY. They are alternatives to the other requested documentation -that is the meaning of "OR". Instructions also say "a sufficient combination of other supporting documents...." If you have a paystub that shows cumulative information, that is sufficient, in most cases.

SORRY 52 MY MISTAKE!!!! 26 IS A CORRECT NUMBER IF RECEIVED BI-WEEKLY
IF PAYED MONTHLY YOU CAN HAVE 12 BUT I GUESS YOU CANNOT GET A 1 PAY STAB FOR A WHOLE PERIOD OF A YEAR.

And from my friends experience I know that if you don't have a T4 and NOA for a whole year it is better to send all pay stabs or ask employer for salary report for a whole year.

I don't say it to confuse people, I say it because my friends (2) got their applications back as they didn't have sufficient proof of employment.
In one case there was a letter of employment (from...to dates) and first and last 5 pay stabs and his application was rejected. The reason given was: not sufficient information of work experience so they couldn't calculate a time, as a letter of employment was not enough.
They check everything if your letter of employment don't match with pay stabs or T4 there can be confusion.

And the question is what to do if there is no T4.
In this case you have to:

submit sufficient combination of
-copies of a record
-letter of employment
- contracts
-pay stabs for the periods of work experience you identify....

My paystubs show year-to-date information, same as a T4. My december paystub shows ALL the same information as a T4. A salary/wage report is a good option as well, if you can get one.

If you are paid an hourly wage instead of a salary, and your hours vary from week to week, then yes, all paystubs are important.

To me it sounds like your friends had deficiencies in the letters of employment. The letters have to be dated AFTER you complete your experience requirement.

No his letter described everything, dates, weekly reg hours, average overtime hours, job description and even vacation taken.

It depends of VO. One can use it as confirmation, other can be picky and reject application.

If someone works hourly without a contract and is planning to submit pay stabs is better to send them all>
