Hello,

My question is that I am still an international student in Quebec at the moment and I need most probably 1.5 years to finish my master's degree, and I've checked for permanent residency requirements in Quebec and I need 3 points to get to 50 points to qualify for the express entry application, so my question is if I take the french exam and perform well, and I am qualified for express entry and all points are met, meaning can I apply for permanent residency given the fact that I'm still a student and I have 1.5 years left to finish my degree.

Thank you

Yes as long as you meet the requirements.
